REDFLAG TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RedFlag website, software, browser extension, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Karapetyan Sargis Hamleti IE (Individual Entrepreneur, Republic of Armenia, TIN 23410543), doing business as RedFlag ("RedFlag," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The RedFlag Service
RedFlag is an AI-assisted video and speech analysis tool designed to identify and visualize potential inconsistencies among verbal, paraverbal, and nonverbal communication signals.
RedFlag may analyze characteristics of video, audio, speech, facial expressions, vocal characteristics, timing, pauses, and other communication signals and may highlight portions of analyzed content for further attention.
RedFlag is not a lie detector.
RedFlag does not determine whether a person is telling the truth, lying, manipulating, concealing information, or acting in good or bad faith.
A RedFlag signal, including a yellow or red indication, is not evidence that a person is lying or engaging in manipulation.
The Service provides analytical signals and observations that may assist users in reviewing content. Any interpretation or conclusion drawn from those signals is the sole responsibility of the user.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
By using RedFlag, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old, or
- if you are between 13 and 17 years old, you have obtained any consent required from a parent or legal guardian and are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
The Service is not intended for children under 13.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that a user does not meet the applicable age requirements.
3. Your Account
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- not share your account with unauthorized persons;
- promptly notify us of unauthorized access to your account; and
- be responsible for activity occurring through your account.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account unless that activity resulted directly from our failure to maintain reasonable security measures.
4. Free and Paid Services
RedFlag may offer both free and paid functionality.
The number of free analyses available to a user may be limited. The applicable limits will be displayed on the Service.
After the available free analyses have been used, continued use of certain analysis features may require a paid subscription.
We reserve the right to modify free usage limits or introduce additional restrictions, provided that such changes do not retroactively deprive users of a paid service for which they have already paid.
5. Subscriptions and Pricing
RedFlag may offer subscriptions including, but not necessarily limited to:
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- 3 Months: $21
- 6 Months: $36
- Annual: $60
The prices applicable to your purchase will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Prices may change in the future. Any change to the price of a recurring subscription will apply only after reasonable notice and, where required by applicable law, will apply only after obtaining any required consent.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period until cancelled.
6. Payments
Payments for RedFlag subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Polar (Polar Software Inc.) or another payment processor designated by RedFlag.
Your payment information may be handled directly by the payment processor and may be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
RedFlag does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for your subscription and any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed at checkout.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription-management functionality provided by the payment processor or through the method specified on the Service.
Cancellation will normally prevent future renewal but will not necessarily provide a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Refund Policy.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the RedFlag Refund Policy, as presented on the Service at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
9. User Content
The Service may allow you to upload, submit, link to, or otherwise provide video, audio, text, images, or other materials ("User Content") for analysis.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to RedFlag, you grant RedFlag a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, reproduce, transmit, and technically modify that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority necessary to submit the User Content to RedFlag and permit us to process it as described in these Terms.
10. Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to RedFlag and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.
You must not upload or analyze content when doing so would:
- violate another person's privacy or other legal rights;
- violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
- violate applicable data-protection or biometric-privacy laws;
- breach a contractual or confidentiality obligation;
- constitute unlawful surveillance;
- facilitate harassment, stalking, discrimination, or abuse; or
- otherwise violate applicable law.
You should not submit sensitive personal information or highly confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and understand the risks associated with doing so.
11. Facial, Voice and Behavioral Analysis
RedFlag may process visual, audio, speech, and other signals contained within submitted content.
The Service is designed to analyze communication characteristics rather than identify individuals.
RedFlag does not intentionally provide facial-recognition or identity-verification functionality.
RedFlag signals should not be interpreted as reliable evidence of:
- deception;
- criminal activity;
- mental or physical health;
- psychological diagnosis;
- personality;
- intent;
- guilt or innocence;
- credibility;
- political affiliation;
- emotional state with certainty; or
- any other sensitive personal characteristic.
Behavioral and communication signals are inherently contextual and probabilistic.
12. No Professional or High-Stakes Use
RedFlag is provided as an informational and analytical tool.
You must not rely solely on RedFlag results when making decisions involving significant consequences for another person.
This includes, without limitation:
- employment or hiring decisions;
- termination or disciplinary decisions;
- admission or educational decisions;
- insurance decisions;
- lending or financial decisions;
- criminal or law-enforcement decisions;
- legal judgments;
- medical or healthcare decisions;
- immigration decisions; or
- decisions concerning a person's fundamental rights or access to essential services.
RedFlag is not a substitute for professional judgment, investigation, due process, or independent evidence.
13. Accuracy and Limitations
AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results.
RedFlag does not guarantee that:
- every relevant communication signal will be detected;
- every detected signal is meaningful;
- signals will be correctly classified;
- results will be consistent across different recordings;
- the Service will identify all relevant moments; or
- the Service will be suitable for any particular purpose.
Environmental conditions, recording quality, lighting, microphone quality, language, accent, background noise, editing, compression, camera position, individual communication style, cultural differences, and many other factors may affect the results.
A red or yellow RedFlag indicator does not establish that anything deceptive, manipulative, dishonest, or inappropriate occurred.
14. Artificial Intelligence
The Service uses artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technologies.
You acknowledge that AI-generated analysis may contain errors and should be independently evaluated.
RedFlag may use third-party AI models, APIs, libraries, cloud infrastructure, or other technologies to provide parts of the Service.
We may modify, replace, or update these technologies as the Service evolves.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use RedFlag to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe the rights of others;
- conduct unlawful surveillance;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another person;
- make discriminatory decisions about another person;
- impersonate another person;
- circumvent security measures;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- interfere with the operation of the Service;
- scrape or systematically collect data from the Service without permission;
- use automated systems to abuse the Service or circumvent usage limits;
- resell access to the Service without our written authorization; or
- use RedFlag to create or distribute misleading claims that RedFlag has conclusively established that a person is lying.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the Service is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface, algorithms, models, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and original content, is owned by or licensed to RedFlag and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding RedFlag, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not give us ownership of your User Content.
18. Third-Party Services
RedFlag may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI services, video platforms, analytics services, and authentication providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
19. Third-Party Video Platforms
RedFlag may allow users to provide links to videos hosted on third-party platforms.
RedFlag does not own or control those platforms or the content hosted on them.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service and policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content through RedFlag is lawful and permitted by the applicable platform.
20. Privacy
Your use of RedFlag is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal information and User Content.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

21. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and information processed through it.
However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You acknowledge that transmission and storage of information through the internet carries inherent risks.
22. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that RedFlag will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the Service for:
- maintenance;
- security reasons;
- technical upgrades;
- infrastructure changes;
- emergencies; or
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services when practicable.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDFLAG IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REDFLAG WILL ACCURATELY IDENTIFY DECEPTION, MANIPULATION, EMOTIONAL STATES, UNCERTAINTY, OR ANY OTHER HUMAN CHARACTERISTIC OR BEHAVIOR.
24. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDFLAG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REDFLAG FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(B) US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
25. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedFlag and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use or misuse of the Service;
- your User Content;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law; or
- your violation of another person's rights.
26. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- you materially violate these Terms;
- you use the Service unlawfully;
- you attempt to circumvent technical restrictions;
- your activity creates a security risk;
- required by law; or
- continued provision of the Service becomes impracticable.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in the Republic of Armenia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and RedFlag regarding your use of the Service.
They supersede any prior agreements or understandings concerning the Service.
